Carbon Footprint
A simple carbon footprint definition is this: It’s the amount of carbon dioxide, methane, and greenhouse gases created by your daily activities. A company, organization, product, or entire industry can also have a carbon footprint. One of the largest contributors to carbon emissions and greenhouse gas emissions in the United States is burning fossil fuels for electricity, heat, and transportation.
